The Avenue Hotel is a Manitou Springs, Colorado bed and breakfast located in the historic
downtown district. Perched on the hill, this Victorian boarding house built in 1886 is nestled off
the street with an expansive front lawn and garden.
We are uniquely situated on Manitou Avenue in the heart of the city. Local shops, restaurants,
and galleries are all within a short walk. We have the perfect location in the Colorado Springs
area for a family reunion, group gatherings, a birthday party, romantic retreat, anniversary, or just
a weekend getaway.
Recently renovated, the Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast offers 7 spacious guestrooms, all with
private baths. Soak your cares away in one of our antique claw-foot tubs/showers. The three-
story turned staircase in the middle of the house escorts you to the rooms, each with unique
updated décor and family heirlooms that add charm and distinction to the Inn. Rooms have king
and queen beds, sitting areas, and a variety of views. Two large parlors invite you to relax in
front of the fireplace or enjoy the bay window and mountain views. Wake hungry and enjoy a
scrumptious full breakfast prepared each morning, filling enough to carry you through the day.

Our Manitou Springs lodging accommodations consist of 7 spacious guestrooms, all with king
or queen beds, sitting areas, a variety of views, and private baths, most featuring antique claw-
foot tubs/showers. Enjoy a relaxing stay at historic Avenue Hotel B&B, while you explore
Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak, as well as local attractions right here in Manitou Springs.
Listed room rates are for two-person occupancy. Rooms with additional occupancy capacities
are $20.00 per person in addition to the base rate.
Check out time is 11:00, check in time is 4:00. We can not accommodate early check ins as we
need this time for shopping and preparing for your visit. Please enjoy the pleasures of Manitou if
you arrive in town early.
