Las Fuentes Inn & Gardens is located in the quiet Araby area of south Palm Springs, just a short,
easy drive from the Palm Springs Airport, and a couple of miles from downtown and other desert
attractions.
This very private, bright, 800 square foot suite, designed in contemporary style, is accented with
Native American decor. It features:
* Private entrance
* A unique built-in queen-sized bed with top of the line mattress
* Heating/AC unit (self-contained)
* Fireplace
* Wi-Fi internet connection
* DirecTV with VCR/DVD player
* Video and book libraries
* Writing desk
* Security cupboard
* Bar refrigerator stocked with complimentary champagne, wine, and sodas
* Keurig gourmet coffee/coffee maker
* Harpsichord for anyone wanting to make their own music
The full bathroom includes:
* Steam shower with regular and rain shower heads
* Soft-conditioned water
* Jacuzzi tub
* Private Japanese spa
* Massage chair
Our peaceful desert garden is a botanical delight with nearly 300 plants and four unique water
fountains. Night lighting is spectacular. A grand patio, with misting system, surrounds a 60 foot
saltwater lap and swim pool. A grassy badminton court, and direct access to the county
walking/jogging trail along the Palm Canyon wash is available to guests.
A wide range of daily breakfast choices is offered, served in-suite, pool-side on the patio, or in the
house dining room.
Robes and pool towels are provided in the suite.
Our location offers convenient, safe, driveway and cul-de-sac parking.
In the Palm Springs area, you will find unique recreational opportunities: Joshua Tree National Park,
the Indian Canyons, Mount San Jacinto via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, numerous golf
courses near-by, and over 100 hiking trails. If art or history fascinates you, five different museums

Vouchers are available from the Innkeeper for the Mesquite Golf and Country Club for a $10 discount
($5 – June, July, August) per person on green fees. This course, one of the most beautiful in Palm
Springs, is less than one mile from the Las Fuentes Inn and Gardens.

Selections from the menu are submitted to the host by 5:00 pm each day. Breakfast is served daily
between 8:00 and 9:00 am. Guests may choose the time and location, either in-suite, in the house
dining room, or on the grand patio.

For Optional Heated Pool:

Rates do not include required City Transient Occupancy Tax of 11.5% (Permit Number 45980000).

Cancellation Policy:
* Over 10-day notification, full refund
* Less than 10-days, 50% refund (unless we are able to fill our room)
* No-shows will be charged for the first night in full
Our Inn is for one or two adults only. It is not suitable for children and additional guests or pets.
Check-in time: 3:00-5:00 pm (other by special pre-arrangement).
Check-out time: by 11:00 am (other by special arrangement which may incur a $50 additional fee).
Cost for repair resulting from damage, loss of property, or excessive cleaning will be charged to the
responsible guest.
