Headlands Inn Bed and Breakfast ( Mendocino, CA )
Indulge yourself and be pampered with warmth and hospitality at Headlands Inn Bed and
Breakfast, located in the historic village of Mendocino, California. Built in 1868, Headlands Inn Bed
and Breakfast is a distinctive New England Victorian Salt-Box by the sea that delivers the historic
charm of Mendocino.
Headlands Inn Bed and Breakfast is just a short stroll to Mendocino's unique shops, fine galleries,
superb restaurants, and the mighty Pacific Ocean. The Inn offers seven uniquely appointed guest
rooms, all with private baths and six with wood burning fireplaces, some with ocean views and/or
village views. There are six rooms in the Inn; and a romantic cottage that includes a jetted tub for 2,
wood burning fireplace, cable TV/DVD, refrigerator and microwave.
Polices:
To Avoid a room charge:
* At least a one night deposit is required for all reservations.
* Please inform us 14 days before your arrival date to avoid a full charge of the reservation.
* A $25 service fee applies to all cancellations.
Special Conditions:
*We are sorry, but our Inn does not allow pets.
*Children under 12 years allowed only by special arrangement.
*Our Inn is smoke-free! Cleaning fees equal to one nights lodging will be charged if guests smoke
in their rooms.
Group Cancellation Policy (4 or more rooms):
One night deposit is required for each room. Please inform us at least 30 days prior to your arrival
date to avoid a full room charge per room. No cancellation of individual rooms allowed, unless
rebooked within the group. A $25 service fee per room applies to all cancellations or changes..

newspaper.
*Wireless Internet
*TV/DVD or TV/VCR available upon request. (Only used to play DVD or VCR, not for TV reception.)

daily, homemade bread, fresh fruit, juice and a hot beverage - served on trays with fresh flowers to
each room and preceded by a San Francisco newspaper.
