We bring over 35 years of experience each having excellent backgrounds in business. Dee has
held mid management positions in event planning, facilities management, fleet & finance
administration, sales and office administration, as well as co-hosting many company functions
and events for staff and/or outside corporate professionals. She is noted for her at-home
entertaining and fabulous dinner parties.
Our resident “Duchess of the Manor” Katey is strictly an indoor cat and is not allowed outside
except on the balcony if someone is with her. She is declawed and not familiar with the outdoor
area. She loves people and if not sleeping (her favorite pastime), will likely be around to greet you.

specific events happening in the Okanagan. We will also make any reservations or assist in
anyway to make your vacation time an enjoyable and memorable one
Rose Arbor Vacation Suite:
Stay in the beautifully decorated main level 1100 sq’ lower self-contained Rose Cottage Suite.
This suite is fully equipped with china, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, linens, appliances and
electronics for your stay away from home experience. The large bedroom has a King bed, (a twin
bed can be made available). There’s a 4- piece bathroom, full size kitchen with separate dining
area and pantry storage; laundry area equipped with tub, washer and dryer. Watch cable TV, read,
listen to music or simply relax in the open concept Family Room.
The Rose Room:
Relax in the romantic Rose Room Ste. – watch TV, read or enjoy a complimentary glass of wine on
the balcony with views of Lake Osoyoos and Anarchist Mtn. Watch a sunrise after a good night’s
rest on the king bed. Enjoy a hearty breakfast on the grapevine covered patio with views of the
garden. Stroll up the path and inhale the scents of lilies, roses and other perennials. Sit on the
seat arbor and watch the Quails or read on the stone bench in the “Zen” corner. Take in the many
attractions and activities that this Desert Paradise has to offer – Relax, Reconnect – Whatever --

night's tariff. If your booking is for a week or more then we will require half of the quoted rate to hold
your reservation.
* Full deposit refunded with 14 days notice - for cancellation less than 14 days your deposit will be
refunded less $50 cancellation fee. This fee will be applied to your next booking if made within one
year. For no cancellation notice you will forfeit your deposit unless we fill the room. Thank You!

The name Osoyoos (O-sue-yes) is an Okanagan Indian word meaning “the narrows” or
“narrowing where water comes together”. Osoyoos is a year-round Desert Oasis, Canada’s only
desert located in the continuation of the Sonora Desert that extends north up from Mexico. Lake
Osoyoos is the warmest lake in Canada. It is possible to ski in the morning and golf in the
afternoon almost the entire year. Come and enjoy our quaint town and surrounding area with

* We do not accept credit cards or Interac due to the seasonal nature of the business and the high
costs associated with card processing machines – but, we do take deposits and/or payment
using PayPal – just let us know
* Full deposit refunded with14 days notice less an administration fee of $50/room. Due to our
intimate size, reservations are regarded as commitments, therefore without adequate notice of
cancellation or a reduced length of stay there will be a charge of 1 night’s room rate for stays of 2
nights or less, or one- half of the total reservation for stays of 3 nights or more – unless we fill the
