Welcome to our self-contained, luxurious bed and breakfast suites on beautiful Long Lake in
Nanaimo, BC.
We have stayed in many B&B's over the years and our wish is for you to enjoy the experience of
staying at a B&B that offers exemplary customer service and one that creates wonderful
memories. We have always enjoyed meeting other people and creating new friendships. Our

You can "Rest Assured" in our accommodation on Vancouver Island. - Gordie and Janice
* Each suite has a view of the lake, king or queen size bed, air-conditioning, fridge and ensuite
with shower and/or Jacuzzi
* Breakfast is included and is served in the guest lounge with fresh fruit, yogurt, refreshments
and a hot entrée
* Common guest lounge has games, microwave and private outside entrance to deck
* All suites and the common lounge are on separate floors from the private residence
* Complimentary wireless internet access, computer kiosk, and reading material
* Common waterfront area has hot tub, swimming access
* Common dock area has a canoe, kayaks and pedal boat
* The lake offers good fishing for bass and trout
* Major shopping centers and fine restaurants are close by
* We are float plane accessible to our dock

Madrona: The Madrona Suite is a large 600 sqft. Mediterranean style romantic lake-front suite
featuring King size bed, gas fireplace and hardwood floors. Open design with kidney-shaped
Jacuzzi tub and large shower. This is popular for those looking for a 'honeymoon suite' or for an
anniversary celebration.
$175 from May 1-October 15

Lakeside: The Lakeside Suite is a 525 sqft. luxurious, waterfront, self-contained suite featuring
King size bed, gas fireplace, tile and granite floors, private ensuite bathroom with shower,
kitchenette with bar fridge and sink. This suite overlooks the lake just 25' away.
$150 from May 1-October 15
$110 from October 16-April 30

Arbutus: The Arbutus Suite is a lovely 400 sqft. waterfront room with private entrance, Queen
size bed, adjoining private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. This suite is nestled naturally in
lush surroundings alongside the lake.

2 night stay at Long Lake Waterfront Bed & Breakfast, 2 Wild Aerial Adventures (also known as
Tree Course) at WildPlay Nanaimo and a voucher for dinner at the Cactus Club Cafe.
Policies:
* Deposit due is equal to 1 night's stay plus tax. On stays over 4 or more days, the deposit is
equal to half of the nights booked plus tax. Once the deposit is charged to your Visa or
MasterCard, we will confirm your reservation via email or phone.
* Cancellation policy:
o You may cancel your reservation by phone or email 10 or more days before your arrival date
for a full refund of the deposit minus administration fee ($25.00).
o Under 10 days of your arrival date we will credit you one half of your deposit if we are able to
re-book your room.
* All accommodation rates are in Canadian funds and are based on 1 nights accommodation for
max. 2 people (add $25.00 plus tax per extra person in same room) and always include full
course hot breakfasts and use of bed and breakfast facilities.
* Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. An early luggage drop-off may be requested.
Call for later check-in time.
* Check-out time is before 11:00 AM
* Our adult-oriented facility is acceptable for children over 10 years old. Please inquire about
approval for younger children.
* Bookings on holiday dates should be made early to avoid disappointment
* Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas
* We regret that we cannot accommodate pets

tournaments). Try our world famous sport fishing in Nanaimo's coastal waters or in our local
rivers.
For the more adventurous traveler...Nanaimo offers activities you'll never forget, like Wild Play
Element Parks. Or, for a more relaxed, but no less adventurous experience, there's kayaking or
spelunking, (cave exploration).
Nanaimo is also adjacent to the best underwater scenery in Canada as well as a newly sunken
artificial reef which is attracting dive enthusiasts from around the world. One of the many dive
shops and charter diving operations can be contacted for rentals, sales and instruction.
For family-style adventures, check out Nanaimo's amusement park boasting go-carts, laser tag,
batting cages, advanced mini-golf and more.
