Keirestell offers peaceful tranquility combined with casual elegance year round for your idyllic

We offer two rooms with queen size beds, sitting areas and wonderful views. One room has
an en-suite bath, the other a three piece separate bathroom. To enhance your stay we have
provided 400 thread count sheets, cozy duvets, a choice of pillows, bathrobes, luxurious
towels, hair dryers, stereos and many other amenities.
Culinary delights await you each morning with our breakfast which features locally grown
foods for your enjoyment. Tea / Coffee, juice, home baked goods with homemade preserves,
fresh fruit, and a main entrée will begin your day. We are happy to accommodate special
dietary requests.
We encourage you to “Experience Keirestell.” You are welcome to paddle a canoe on the lake,
discover the many walking trails, swim in the Koksilah River or relax on its shores. Stroll thru
the many gardens and perhaps curl up with a good book, glass of wine or cup of tea in the
courtyard, the gazebo, or any of the many sitting areas you will find on the property.
Inside you are welcome to enjoy our sunroom, library, living room, or the den where we offer a
TV with satellite programming, video and DVD player along with a selection of movies for your
enjoyment. In the winter months glowing fires will keep you cozy and warm while you relax
after a day of exploration, shopping or wine tasting.
For the health conscious we have a sauna, gym with a Universal fitness machine, recumbent
bicycle, free weights, yoga mats, exercise ball and many videos.

Our Courtyard Room has a queen-size bed, luxury linens, a lovely window seat to curl up in
overlooking the Courtyard and front field where deer often graze in the morning. The room has
a private bathroom with a large two person air tub for relaxation or a romantic getaway. A small
fridge, stereo, iron and ironing board, robes, hairdryers and many other extras await you.
The Lakeside Room
Our Lakeside Room has a queen bed, luxury linens, private balcony overlooking the Lake and
gardens, an en suite bathroom with a large two person air tub perfect to relax in. There is a
small fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, robes, stereo and many other extras to make
your stay more enjoyable.

November through March $130.00 / night

Cancellation Policy:
Keirestell is a small, intimate B&B with just two rooms. As such, it is difficult for us to re-book
your room should you need to cancel. At the same time, we acknowledge that sometimes
plans change. Therefore:
* 50% deposit of booking secures your reservation
* Should you need to cancel after booking (up to 7 days before date of arrival), you will receive
a Credit Voucher for the full amount of your deposit. This Credit Voucher can be used for a
future stay and is transferable should you wish to give the Voucher as a gift.
* Less than 7 days notice or No Shows will be charged the full amount of accommodation
booked.
Keirestell offers an adult-oriented (14+), smoke-free home.

Keirestell is located in the picturesque Cowichan Valley, on Vancouver Island in the beautiful
province of BC, Canada. From Victoria it is a short 45 minute drive over the stunningly beautiful
Malahat highway, a mere 10 minutes from Duncan and 55 minutes from Nanaimo. It is close
to many of Vancouver Island's premiere wineries and artesans, and central to exploring
Southern Vancouver Island.
Coming from the North (Nanaimo): head South on the Trans Canada Highway (#1) and pass
through Duncan. After approximately ten minutes you will turn right onto Koksilah Road. Make
your first left onto Hillbank Road, going through a couple stop signs and crossing over a set of
train tracks. Keirestell is at 4088 Hillbank Road on your right. Drive down the long driveway.
Parking will be indicated when you arrive at the house.
