Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Enjoy a relaxing stay in our comfortable rooms. Watch the
eagles and hummingbirds while you savour a full home cooked breakfast served in the dining
room overlooking nature's beauty.
We are located on a rural forested five acres of river-front just South of Nanaimo and North of
Ladysmith, on Vancouver Island British Columbia.
About Us:
We are a country side Bed and Breakfast located on five acres on the Haslam River just South of
Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.
We offer a peaceful setting in the country yet we are still close to the metropolitan areas of
Nanaimo and Ladysmith. We are a 15 minute drive to the "World Famous Chemainus Murals".
We have a seasonal hot tub and pool, tennis court, sauna BBQ , and are located near Golf
courses, hiking areas (Trans Canada Trail) Haslam River suspension bridge and other
attractions.
We are close to the Nanaimo Airport and 15 minutes from the Nanaimo Ferries. We offer pick up
from the ferry terminals and the airport.

Low Season - October 1 - April 30
Bald Eagle Room - King with ensuite, pull out sofa bed, TV, DVD player, bar-fridge ,robes.
High - $135.00 / night
Low - $110.00 / night
Jay Room - Queen Room with TV shared bathroom and robes.
High - $110.00 / night double occupancy
Low - $90.00 / night double occupancy
Aerie Room- Twin Beds with TV and shared bathroom, robes.
High - $100.00 / night

Cancellation Policy:
We require a one night deposit in order to guarantee your reservations. Notification of
cancellation must be received 14 days prior to date booked, otherwise a one night fee will be
charged.
For reservations of 7 nights or more a 2 night fee will be charged. If we are able to re-book your
room, a refund (less a $25.00 cancellation fee) will be credited.
If notification of cancellation is received prior to 14 days to date booked, a cancellation fee of
$25.00 will be charged.
