We guarantee you a personal welcome, advice and guidance about the most important places to
visit in our region. The Grote Markt, the Menin Gate, the Cloth Hall, the station, most museums,
restaurants and shops are only a few minutes walking distance.

We have two spacious guest rooms fully equipped with all modern comforts.
Inside the contemporary interior has been much attention paid to optimum sleeping comfort.
The rooms include equipped
* A separate toilet,
* Private shower,
* Sink,
* Soap,
* Shampoo,
* Towels,
* Two single beds,
* WiFi network,
* Flat screen TV,
* IPod docking station,
* A well-stocked mini-bar with all drinks and aperitifs.
Coffee and tea are always available for free in the room where you can relax while enjoying a
magnificent view of the St. Nicholas Church.
Breakfast:
In @ Cocoon we spoil you with a delicious, generous breakfast served in the breakfast room.
We offer fresh bread, croissants, chocolate rolls, raisin cakes, cheeses, meats, eggs of your
choice, fruit juice, yogurt, chocolate, jam, fresh fruit, ...
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30
Prices :
Single room: € 65 per night, breakfast included.
Double room: € 80 per night, breakfast included.
From two nights:
Single room: € 55 per night, breakfast included.
Double room: € 70 per night, breakfast included.
Champagne upon arrival at the room: € 20.
payment:
A deposit of one night is reservation.
Cancellations can only be at least seven days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit retained.
Payment is in cash (no credit cards) or bank transfer in advance.
Arrival and departure: By appointment.
Extras:
With a minimum stay of 2 nights will receive a discount Westhoek.
This card contains discount coupons for museums and others in and around Ypres.
So you can during your stay to save 40 euros.
The pass is valid until February of next year.
