Your Host John is a font of information on the history of Grafton and district and will
assure that your stay is relaxed and pleasurable. An avid collector John will keep you
fascinated with his tales of digging for bottles in this history rich town!
The home is graced by a beautiful rose garden which dates back to the early 1900s.
Swimming pool if the weather is right and a nice big outdoor entertainment area is
available.
We like to keep it intimate and have only two rooms that we retain for guests.
The "Bridal Suite" with access via graceful French doors to the front porch for your early
morning coffee, hear the birds and breathe in the AIR!
We still have some in Grafton!
Our other guest room has two twin sized single beds, handy for shared travelling with a
friend.
Fold up cots available for babies and your pets are welcome and can be kept safe in the
back yard.
Both rooms have en-suite and coffee making facilities as well as a microwave oven,
toaster and dishes.
Shopping is just a block and a half away and our Heritage Theatre is three blocks away.
Newly opened the theatre features all the latest films.
Come at any season and Grafton has something for you from Speed Boat racing on the
mighty Clarence River to the beautiful Jacaranda Festival.
Huge horse racing carnival, big hockey club, basketball, music societies, arts festival, you
won't want to leave once you get here!
Room rates are $125 per night and our cooked country breakfast is included.
