The Robyns Nest Guesthouse offers luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation on the
foreshores of Merimbula's Top Lake. With an absolute lakefront setting, and surrounded
by beautiful bushland, Robyns Nest Guesthouse B&B has everything you could need for a
romantic escape or relaxed family holiday.
Endless attractions and the tranquility of the area surrounds you on arrival. Absolute lake
front bush setting blended with an abundance of birdlife. Robyns Nest is set in 100 acres
of bushland and rainforest just 2km from Merimbula with a 25 acre lake frontage - the Top
Lake is an excellent fishing ground.
Robyns Nest Guesthouse is a unique lifestyle retreat, with 6 tastefully decorated guest
suites and 14 fully self-contained 5-star cottages. This excellent mini resort provides
guests with superb facilities, including an indoor spa and sauna, 15-metre solar heated
swimming pool and a synthetic grass tennis court. Also boasting a fully equipped
Conference Centre.
Accommodation:
Guest House
The Guest House is a 700 square metre building with modern luxury combined with all
the comforts of a bygone era.
Ornate cornices, cathedral ceilings and an abundance of warm timber features have been
used to compliment the quiet luxury of old world Axminster, open fire and granite
surrounds.
All bathrooms have been finished with gold fixtures and mahogany vanities
* Two Deluxe Suites with King beds
* Two Standard rooms with Queen beds
* One Standard room with two King single beds / or King bed
* One Deluxe family room with Queen bed and two King single beds
* All are air-conditioned
Each guest suite has a magnificent view of the lake and peaceful surrounds that can be
enjoyed from your own private balcony.
Robyns Nest Guest House has a Guest Lounge and BBQ facilities are available.
All rooms in the Bed & Breakfast are serviced daily.
The Guest House is not suitable for children.
4 1/2 Star Villa
Guest Villas are a Luxury 4 1/2 star rated, fully equipped and Air Conditioned.
You may choose between 1 or 2 bedroom units.
One bed units have a large spa bath.
Two bed units have 2 bathrooms
All units have private Balconies with BBQ and absolute water views
Quality of finish is in keeping with the Guest House. Kitchens are of solid timber
harvested from the property.
All appliances are state of the art.
Packages and Conference facilities are available on request
Cottages
Guest Cottages are a Luxury 4 1/2 star rated, fully equipped and Air Conditioned.
Tariffs
A range of accommodation is available including Deluxe Suites, Standard rooms and
Deluxe Fully Self-Contained Cottages.
The tariff for the Bed and Breakfast is based on a nightly rate from $165 per room per
night to $250 per room per night
The cottage tariffs are available on application and depend on the number of nights and
number of people staying. A minimum 2 night stay is preferred in the cottages.
All linen except Beach Towels is provided. Villas are partly serviced weekly.
Packages and Conference facilities are available on request.
Facilities:
The Guest House Guests have exclusive use of a Jacuzzi and sauna indoors. Luxurious
towelling robes are provided in each room of the Guest House.
A competition standard synthetic grass tennis court provides Guests with hours of
enjoyment.
Night lights are available for an evening match for those who have too much to do during
the day.
Conference Centre:
Robyns Nest is situated a short 3 minute drive from the centre of Merimbula or for the
more active a beautiful boardwalk follows the waters edge of Top Lake all the way into the
town centre. A leisurely walk will take 45 minutes and many Guests choose to walk into
town, have lunch or dinner and catch a cab back to Robyns Nest.The acreage
surrounding Robyns Nest encourages the adventurous to explore and bushwalk among
the abundant wildlife.
Enjoy the Sea Eagles, kangaroos, wallabies or the 56 identified varieties of bird life,
including our signature sound, the Bell Birds.
The Top Lake has a boat hire facility for lake fishing, channel access to the ocean, and a
mooring facility is available at Robyns Nest.
