Built in 1899 & prominent on this prestigious corner for Anna Ramsey/Gardiner of solid
Redwood and Maple by he master craftsmen of Tucson's Ronstadt Family. Owned and
occupied by José María (Joseph M.) “Pepe” Ronstadt for 21 years until his death in 1933 also
owned by several other important Tucson citizens over the years.
One of the most unique, prestigious and historic homes in Tucson. Lovingly restored saving
the original maple floors and woodwork.

Room one features 12' high ceilings, 100 year old original maple woodwork and vintage
ceiling fan. The original maple hardwood floors and cove ceilings are special. Decorated in a
soothing Asian style. Located at the front of the house w/Private entrance and direct access to
the porch, private bath, Fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have free WiFi
Room Two - Safari
Room two has 12' high ceilings and period ceiling fan and century old original maple floors.
This room is decorated in the "Hemingway World Traveler" theme. Also located at the front of
the house w/Private entrance, private bath and direct access to the porch. Kitchenette, Queen
bed. All rooms have private bath.
Room Three: "The Morning Room"
Room 3 is spacious and has a Queen Bed and great windows
Room Four "The Cottage" Queen Bed
The cottage has a queen bed and room for an aerobed
Room Five: Queen Bed in the Main Room
Room Five is a two-room suite & private bath. The main room has a Queen Bed, Expanded
kitchenette, Window seating area, LCD television w/300 channels. The 2nd room has a full
bed, LCD television.
Room Six: King bed setup
Room Six all 1890s antique furniture. Push button light switches, skeleton keys... This
beautiful 1890s bed set can be setup as a king bed as shown above, or it can be setup as
two twins. When you make your reservation be sure to tell us how you want it...
Room Seven Elegant Deco
We are really excited about the rich Deco decor of this room. The room is located on the
upper floor and has a Queen bed and private bath. All original deco furniture.
