Originally built in 1933, the Adobe Rose Inn Bed and Breakfast is located in the historic Sam
Hughes neighborhood in Central Tucson, just two blocks east of the University of Arizona
(UA). Nestled in this architecturally diverse neighborhood, the Adobe Rose Inn is an ideal
stop for vacationers, parents of students, and professional travelers. Our Photo Gallery

The Adobe Rose Inn B&B offers 6 unique rooms, all with private baths. Amenities of the B and
B include swimming pool, spa, and wireless internet (WiFi). All rooms are fully appointed with
private bathrooms, cable TV, hair dryers, robes, irons, ironing boards, and coffee makers
replete with gourmet coffee, teas and hot chocolate. Some rooms have fireplaces, microwave
ovens, and mini-refrigerators.
The Adobe Rose Inn is known for its irresistible, 3 course breakfasts. Upon request, we
proudly serve delicious vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free breakfasts. We also accommodate
guests who have food allergies or other dietary restrictions. The Adobe Rose Inn also
manufactures a delicious Buttermilk Scone Mix.
The Inn:
As a guest at Adobe Rose Inn Bed and Breakfast, you can expect a clean, quiet, comfortable
room with private bath and shower, cable TV and telephone for local calls.
You'll wake up to an irresistible breakfast, be able to enjoy our refreshing swimming pool,
relax in the spa or simply relax with a good book by the fireplace. We also offer wireless
broadband internet access. We also offer a computer with wireless broadband internet
access.
The inn is surrounded by tall, thick walls and natural desert landscaping which provide
privacy and act as a sound barrier.
Our Rooms:
Cancellations require 14 days advance notice. Unless prior arrangements have been made,
check-in is between 4 pm and 6 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Considerate adults and
well-behaved children over 10 are welcome. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. No
smoking indoors or in the company of non-smokers.

Description:
Adjacent to the bougainvillea-draped pool area, this large room features Mexican saltillo tile
and is decorated with Mexican Talavera pottery and colors. It offers a queen-sized bed,
separate sitting room, private bath (shower only), desk, cable TV, private phone, small
refrigerator and microwave oven.
Policies:
Room Rates: Rates shown are for one or two people per room. These rates do not include
state and local taxes. For rooms that can accommodate more than two guests, $25 plus tax
is charged for each additional guest. Rates include a full, 3 course irresistible breakfast
served from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Rates are subject to change at any time before a reservation is
confirmed.
Taxes: By law, the Adobe Rose Inn is required to collect state and local taxes for all room
revenue. The current tax rate is 12.05% plus $2 per night
Information Security: We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit
sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information such as credit card data, that information is
encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for the McAfee

CHECK-IN TIME: Rooms are available for check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. If this time is
not convenient, please let us know and we'll make alternative arrangements.
CHECK-OUT TIME: Unless prior arrangements have been made, guests must check-out
before 11:00 a.m.
DEPOSIT FOR CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS: When multiple rooms are booked or during
major events such as Gem Show, Homecoming, Parents Weekend, and Graduation, a 50%
deposit of the total room charges may be required.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Rather than increase our overall pricing to compensate for losses
due to cancellations, the following cancellation policy has been instituted.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS PER ROOM: Adobe Rose Inn rooms are designed to comfortably
accommodate 2 guests per room. However, limited accommodations for 3 guests are
available in the Atanacia Room, with a roll-away bed, and our Casita, by converting our sofa to
a twin-sized bed. Our Santa Rita Suite can accommodate 4 guests by converting the sofa to a
full-sized bed. There is an extra nightly charge of $25 plus tax per night for each additional
guest.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
Traveler's Cheques, Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Cash.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: For the comfort of others, smoking is not permitted anywhere on
the premises. This includes all patios and balconies.
PET POLICY: Pets of all types are strictly prohibited, inside or outside the Inn including the
parking areas.
GUESTS WITH CHILDREN: Children aged 10 and over are welcome as guests. The Adobe
Rose Inn is not equipped to accommodate small children, especially with regard to our other
guests and the presence of our pool and spa. In specific instances, the Adobe Rose Inn may
waive this restriction with prior approval. Factors that we consider include maturity of the child,
availability of parents to watch the children at all times, and the guest rooms available.
