Welcome to Cochrane, Alberta, just outside the Stampede City of Calgary and less than an
hour from the Rocky Mountains. We invite you to share our custom built home nestled into the
foothills of the great Canadian Rocky Mountains and overlooking the picturesque Bow River
valley. Wide open spaces, big sky and a delightful Bed and Breakfast experience.
We offer two comfortably appointed guest rooms with private bathroom and special little
touches. Rooms can be booked separately or together are ideal for two couples or groups.
After a good night's sleep awaken to the aroma of fresh brewed coffee, start your day with our
full, home-style breakfast in our dining room. Good morning!
Relax and tuck into a good book in our sitting room. Enjoy a leisurely walk and be sure to treat
yourself to Cochrane's famous McKay's Ice cream.
In the town of Cochrane you'll find antique shops and small malls, espresso bars, restaurants,
dancing, movie theatre, Farmers Market, museum. Rocky Mountain View is a great base for
sports enthusiasts with skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, ice sailing, skating, sledding,
mountain climbing and horseback riding nearby. Hiking and cycling trails, nature preserves

* Accommodations: 2 rooms with queen beds and private bathroom. After the 3rd day of your
stay there is a 10% discount for each adittional day of your stay.
* Reservations: Reservations held with credit card or cheque.
* Payment: Cash and personal cheques accepted only.
* Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 3 days prior to arrival.
* Check-in: 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise arranged.
* Check-out: 9:00 a.m.unless otherwise arranged
* Restrictions: No pets. Smoking on sun deck only.
* Breakfast: Full breakfast served in our dining room. The room rate includes a full delicious
breakfast. If you have a special request or dietary requirements please let us know.

Bridesmaids / Wedding packages $500
These deals include two nights in both of our room's. You can book it for your guests, bride with
bridesmaids, newlywed with guests. Our room's are on the second floor. Room's have one
queen size bed with private bathroom and fantastic mountain view. Room's hold two people
and in one of the room's we can accommodate three people. Price includes full breakfast. You
can bring your own hairdresser and make-up artist to get you and your bridesmaids ready for
your special day. Your photographer to take memorable pictures and your limousine to pick you
up and drive you to your destination.
